No Cars in Brux!

One day every year Brussels supports a car-free day. Private vehicles are banned for the day, but trams, buses, bicycles, rollerblades and . . . . horses are allowed.

I was relieved to have a day of respite from Bruxellois drivers. Unfortunately, the Bruxellois have the same laissez-faire attitude toward cleaning up after their horses as they have toward cleaning up after their dogs.
