Joyeuse Pâques

Unlike in years past, we stayed in town for Easter this year. We attended services at St. Andrew's, a lovely little Presbyterian church in our neighborhood. It was the perfect spring morning, and the service was very nice.



After church, we packed a gourmet picnic and our nice picnic accoutrements (a wedding gift that had been sitting in storage until about a week ago!). We walked across the street to the picturesque Parc Tenbosch and enjoyed our lunch amidst other chattering picnickers, soaking up the sunshine, blue skies, and birdsong.
